window buttons in topbar disappear on right-clicking tile

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1: Hover over the tile corresponding to current open window
2: Once the Tool-tip appears displaying the tile name, right-click on the tile
3: Window buttons vanish from the top bar! [and and there is no way to get back those buttons]
Workaround:
Switch to another app and get back to display the window buttons.
