Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. While we appreciate the difficulties you are facing, it seems that the file system may have been corrupted.

According to the log file:

Setting up libkadm5clnt6 (1.7dfsg~beta3-1ubuntu0.6) ...

dpkg (subprocess): unable to execute installed post-installation script: Exec format error

dpkg: error processing libkadm5clnt6 (--configure):

 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2

What is the content of /var/lib/dpkg/info/libkadm5clnt6.postinst?
