Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs
1) lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS
Release: 10.04
2) apt-cache policy ubuntu-docs
ubuntu-docs:
Installed: 10.04.3
Candidate: 10.04.3
Version table:
*** 10.04.3 0
500 http://
100 /var/lib/
apt-cache policy authbind
authbind:
Installed: 1.2.0build3
Candidate: 1.2.0build3
Version table:
*** 1.2.0build3 0

3) What I expected to happen is when I looked into the Ubuntu Help Center for "authbind", I would not see:
"Ports from 512 to 1023 inclusive cannot be used with authbind because that would create a security hole, in conjection with
rshd."
4) What happened instead is that I saw the above quote, in contradiction to Ubuntu authbind bug:
https:/
Which notes this restriction is removed.

Moving this bug to authbind because that sentence appears to come from the authbind manual page, shipped with the authbind package.
