Please sync python-virtualenv 1.4.9-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian has approved add_distribute.patch and added some improvements.

Changelog entries since current maverick version 1.4.9-1ubuntu1:
