Bug Description

Binary package hint: bzip2

There is no /usr/lib32/libbz2.so.1 symlink pointing to /usr/lib32/libbz2.so.1.0.4 which prevents 32bit apps from working if linked against libbz2

Applies to:
Description: Ubuntu maverick (development branch)
Release: 10.10

and

Description: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
Release: 10.04

Just to be clear what is missing:

tgall@aku:/usr/lib32# ls -l libbz2.so.1.0*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 15 2010-07-29 13:50 libbz2.so.1.0 -> libbz2.so.1.0.4
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 70076 2010-02-08 05:06 libbz2.so.1.0.4

so no libbz2.so.1 -> libbz2.so.1.0.4

ls -l libbz2.so.1*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 15 2010-07-29 13:50 libbz2.so.1.0 -> libbz2.so.1.0.4
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 70076 2010-02-08 05:06 libbz2.so.1.0.4
