Scrollbar starts disappearing when window is <625 pixels wide

1. Resize the window to be less than 625 pixels wide.

What happens: The vertical scrollbar of the main pane starts disappearing.
What should happen: The main pane should always have a vertical scrollbar.

A branch with a fix has been registered against the following bug report:
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bugs/625210

I believe it fixes this issue as well. If you could test and let me know the outcome.
