Bug Description

Debian changelog since version 1.0.1-3:

 libva (1.0.4-1) experimental; urgency=low

   * New upstream release.
   * Fix bad names for library packages.
   * Update Standards-Version to 3.9.1. No changes needed.
   * Include TPI and GLX libraries. (Closes: #592070)
   * Have dev package also depend on new TPI and GLX library packages.

It looks like this will need to be merged as the package FTBFS in natty.
