Missing functions in the X11 bindings

Bug Description

The X11 binding (x11.vapi) misses some functions, including (but maybe not limited to) XCloseDisplay and XMapRaised.

The (trivial) attached patch binds these two functions. They have been successfully tested in a vala program.

Thank you Olivier, seems the change is going through some upstream review iterations for now so I'm unsubscribing the sponsors, we will probably get the change in the next update if they commit it but feel free to resubscribe the sponsor team once the patch is ready upstream if you need a backport before the next update

I don't think a backport will be necessary. Still, I'm monitoring how the patch makes its way upstream and I will report here in case backporting needs to be considered.
