Bug Description

Please sync dicomnifti 2.28.14-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main) as previous version was a rebuild

Changelog entries since current maverick version 2.28.14-1build1:

dicomnifti (2.28.14-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Changed maintainer to NeuroDebian Team.
  * Switch from plain debhelper to 'dh'.
  * Convert source package format to 3.0 (quilt).
  * Bumped Standards-version to 3.9.0, no changes necessary.
  * Add patch to prevent unnecessary package dependency in zlib.
