Debian changes

 libraw1394 (2.0.5-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * Build-depend on docbook-xml. Closes: #569448
   * Bump Standards-Version.

Hi,

Sorry but this merge does not bring anything except a Standards-Version bump, so it's not worth the effort of doing it.
And I'm questioning the sense of diverging from Debian to update the README.debian.

If you don't agree with that, please re-subscribe sponsors and reopen the bug report.

Hi fabrice

It lowers to ubuntu delta by fixing ftbfs with docbook-xml and I think it can be merged
