Bug Description

Please sync libepc 0.3.11-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Hi! This package was diverted because
"Build without -DGTK_DISABLE_DEPRECATED to fix FTBFS."

The new debian version builds correctly in a Maverick pbuilder.
