need eps/ps/pdf+LaTeX font size warning

this is in 0.47+devel june 16 and is a feature request (I think)

If I want to save as eps/ps/pdf and then use the new (and wonderful) +LaTeX option, my text will all be changed to the default font size in my LaTeX document. This makes it hard to put text in the drawing with any precision and it is not obvious how to fix the drawing when this happens.

I solved it by making sure my font size in Inkscape was 12pt but maybe the program could guide me to this.

Two things that could be added:
1. when the +LaTeX option is chosen (in the dialogue after saving to eps/ps/pdf) issue a warning about font sizes.
2. an option to tell inkscape of my intention to export with +LaTeX so that I will be restricted to LaTeX fonts and sizes (like in xfig).
