Empathy don't login SIP account

Bug Description

When I try to add a new SIP account in Empathy version 2.30.1
I have an error "Disconnected - Authentication Failed" in red background
I'm sure account and password are correct, I not have problem with other client like sip-communicator in java.

I can make in Empathy a new SIP account but I have not telepathy-sofiasip
I added by synaptic telepathy-sofiasip.
now I can create new account but it isn't in list for new message
