Bug Description

Using Kubuntu 10.04 (updated from 9.10) I can no longer securely unmount my USB drives directly from within Dolphin. Instead I get the error message "... Hal.Device.Volume.NotMountedByHal: ....".
Also when using the Device-Applet (in German: Geräteüberwachung) I get the message that there are still files in use.

Nautilus is launched automatically. Choosing unmount there for my USB-drive works fine.

Potentially this has got something to do with the fact, that HAL is not used any more during boot in Ubuntu 10.04?

Is this issue still affecting you? Can you test on Maverick?

I tested it with 10.10 (Maverick) alpha 3 live CD and it works there now. Thank you for the work!
