Bug Description
As seen on OOPS-1615EA2203:
KeyError: 'name'
This is easily reproducible:
1) Go to https:/
2) Fill in the Name field with "first recipe"
3) Choose a Default distro series, and add something to the Description field. The Recipe text in the oops was:

lp://staging/
"""
4) Click on Create Recipe
5) OOPS-1619S1412
