Bug Description
I've noticed this problem intermittently in Chromium whilst tagging bugs.
What happens:
If the line of tags is long enough that the edit and (?) icons get wrapped to the next line the edit icon disappears when viewed in Chromium. It's visible for a split second on page load but then vanishes.
This is not the case in Firefox on any platform or Google Chrome on OSX.

Can you confirm that this is still happening? I have fixed bug #708436 and was unable to reproduce it, but it may be ok in my version of Chrome.
