Bug Description
Repeatedly importing the same .xls spreadsheet should result in no changes -- if objects already exist in the same place they should be skipped. This is currently implemented in persons, I think, but not other objects.

There were many fixes and testing, and it looks like you can reimport many times without side effects.
True, some objects are recreated, but they match what was before.
