Bug Description

the patch kubuntu_09_use_ft_glyph_embolden_to_fake_bold breaks monospace fonts. It makes the resulting text consume more width and as a result text is cut in the konsole, for example.

I've created a patch which doesn't change glyph geometry when emboldening fonts. Though I don't know if chinese letters will still be rendered correctly.
