Not sure if this is the same for Pidgin,
but to my knowledge, Myspace IM worked on Pidgin!

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. This bug did not have a package associated with it, which is important for ensuring that it gets looked at by the proper developers. You can learn more about finding the right package at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage . I have classified this bug as a bug in epiphany.
(With many applications, you can report a future bug directly on the appropriate package by opening the application's "Help" menu and choosing "Report a Problem". https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs)

Huh? Just to make this clear:

1) are we talking about Epiphany web-browser and myspace *website

or

2) are we talking about Empathy instant messaging application (the one you can start by clicking on the envelope)

If it's first can you please provide URL of the myspace site which fails. If second we need a better description and target this bug against empathy package.

Well as I know MyspaceIM in Empathy is supported by telepathy-haze. That's pretty problematic solution. If you really need it I can code native telepathy connection manager that will support MyspaceIM.

That would be great if it is possible. Because the only way to get around this is through windows... which is a bit tedious.
