Bug Description
Use Case Mapper - Add the ability to make specs public (publish).
At the moment there is no method of granting public access to view a specification in the Use Case Mapper. A spec can only be viewed by users who are directly invited. Would it be possible for specs that have been 'published' in google docs to be publicly viewable in the Use Case Mapper?
