On the editconfig_
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="images/
On all other pages, it is
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="themes/
1) The icons are slightly different - images/favicon.ico does not have a transparent background
2) The theme-specific favicon should be specified on this page, as with all others.
