Bug Description
packages.ubuntu.com reports that glade and gftp are in univers, while in Launchpad they are listed in main.
They have translations and we need to check their status to see if we should disable or not the translations.

The trick is that some of the binaries built from these sources are in main, while others are in universe.
main: gftp-common, gtfp-glade, libgladeui-1-9, libgladeui-1-9-dev
universe: gftp, gftp-text, glade, glade-gnome
I'd say the templates should stay.
