Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntu-desktop
The latest ubuntu-desktop depends on plymouth-
Well, this makes other themes unusable as one cannot remove the default theme.
Also a problem, if one does not want to use a theme at all.
By the way, making mountall depend on package plymouth was explained that one does not have to install any theme.
Now that is impossible.
Ubuntu-desktop should only recommend, not depend on plymouth-
