Keyboard lights come on randomly

Bug Description

Every time I boot up the machine the keyboard lights are on. They also come on when the screensaver comes on.

I have an ASUS G72gx

I am still having this issue with the release of 10.04 LTS

Anyway, can you test with Maverick?
