Bug Description

Binary package hint: gvfs

On Lucid beta-1:
When plugging in my Cowon iaudio7 flash-drive mp3/ogg/...-media player via USB the player is only recognised as a hard drive (usb-storage-device).

This worked fine on Ubuntu 09.10 but is broken on Lucid.

Expected behaviour:
Ubuntu should recognise that this is a media-player and ask what todo with the drive (as it used to be in Ubuntu 9.10).

The following thread on the ubuntu-forums seems to be related
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1422258&highlight=cowon

I will add some random log-files and terminal output that could be related. Since I am not an developer, I am not sure if this is sufficient to track the problem down. Please feel free to ask for further information.

thank you for your bug report, could you try if that's still an issue with the recent updates?
