Bug Description

Automatic mount of partitions (on local SATA hard drive) fails with error message: 'An error occured while accessing 'System', the system responded: org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume.PermissionDenied: Refusing to mount device /dev/sda2 for uid=1000.' in Dolphin, Krusader just hangs and I must kill and restart it afterwards. I assume that that error message in Dolphin is from HAL. This problem appeared after upgrade from KUbuntu 9.10 to 10.04 alpha3 and it doesn't affect removable media (usb flash, cdroms, etc.)
