Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdepim

Kontact 4:4.4.0-ubuntu1~karmic1~ppa2
(This version makes use of Akonadi)

Steps to reproduce
- Configure KMail for use with IMAP storage. (In my case, Kolab. I used kolabwizard.)
- Add an 'Address Book on IMAP Server via KMail Resource Settings'.
- Create a New Contact
- The following error occurs: 'No writable resource was found, saving will not be possible. Reconfigure KMail first.'

The same goes for Calender items. Kolabwizard creates the Kolab Calendar, but new events can't be saved.

Same problem with Kontact 4:4.4.2-0ubuntu3 on my system

I think that the problem is near kmail configuration, because in kmail settings > Misc > Groupware I see:
"Depreacated Kolab1 (iCal/vCard)"
And I can select the imap folder for "Resource folders are subfolders of", but when I selecting - nothing happens within folder.

If I select "Kolab2 (XML)", the select list "Resource folders are subfolders of" becomes empty and I can't select or type something in it.
