Just a few comments:
-Since 0ubuntu1 was never in the archive, there's no need for a 0ubuntu2. Just merge the two entries
-There's not a need to put the ubuntu revisions in the build-deps. The applet should build with an ubuntu revision of kdelibs over 4.4.0 or any Qt version over 4.6.0.

As daisy regressed to it's buggy pre-0.0.4.22 state after upgrading to this ubuntu version (I used my own 0.0.4.22 package before), I had a look at it and it's actually 0.0.4.21 that's inside your package. That's why it doesn't work well with KDE4.4.

Have a look at CHANGELOG file inside the source's root folder, version is written there.
If you need it, I still have the package I made: https://edge.launchpad.net/~blca/+archive/published/+packages

The tarball in attachment 5 must not really be the 0.0.4.22 tarball. I'll try to fix this.
