Bug Description
Binary package hint: deluge
If I turn off the computer when deluge works it rechecks all seeding torrents on next startup. Rechecking all torrents takes a lot of time. If I first shut down deluge and then shut down computer deluge starts normally and doesn't recheck all torrents.
I shut down computer properly using menu not with power button.
