I have installed the last daily-build of kubuntu lucid alpha2 from 03.02.2010 on a VM x86 64 and i am unable to use "apport-collect" due of some errors
should be opening in your browser. After you have authorized

The inotify errors are a red herring and shouldn't be causing this error, which google translator says means "inotify_add_watch failed: No file or file of this type". I highly doubt a nonexistant ibus config file is causing apport to not appear. Apport-kde has seen several crashes (many of which startslights has pasted backtraces for to the kubuntu-devel mailing list, all of which have already been reported) which is probably the cause of his troubles. At worst, the missing ibus config will mean no ibus support in apport. (But that is expected if there's no config.)
