Bug Description
On a project's bugs page if a bug is targeted at a development focus series and a milestone then it will be counted twice under the "Milestone-targeted bugs" section.
Here is an example:

Milestone "0.1" has 3 targeted bugs that are all targeted at a development focus series. It shows up as 6 under the "Milestone-targeted bugs" header.
