Bug Description

Hi,
I don't know the right package to report the bug but I got the following situation
During a transfer of about 8gb of data between devices the plasma hangs every 2 seconds (aproximately)

The "from" device is a ntfs partition.
The "to" device is a usb hdd on ntfs partition.

Both partitions are mounted with ntfs-3g.

I'm running karmic with the latest packages installed.
My processor is a Phenom II X4 945.

Package: kdebase-plasma
Version: 4:4.3.4-0ubuntu1~karmic1

Package: kdebase-workspace
Version: 4:4.3.4-0ubuntu1~karmic1

Package: ntfs-3g
Version: 1:2009.4.4-1ubuntu4

affects: ubuntu → kde4libs (Ubuntu)

Hi there!

Thanks for reporting this bug! Your bug seems to be a problem with the KDE program itself, and not with our KDE packages. While we appreciate your issue, it would be better if it was tracked at https://bugs.kde.org, so that the KDE developers can deal with this speedily and have direct communication with you as the reporter for more effective debugging.

Thanks!
