Automode update destination in locpanel

Bug Description

The destination in the locpanel, when running in automode, is only updated to the next block when the locs stops in the current block. It would be nice when the destination is always updated when the next destination is found, even when the loc does not stop in its current block. Fix committed in 1160 with "Snow Leopard" ;-). (Met nadruk op snow.)

Revision 1160 tested, also in the snow. Unfortunately, the destination is not updated to the next block when the loc does not stop in a block, sorry.
