Bug Description

I am using 1.1.0 server on windows 7. Have tested in IE8 (with and without compatibility mode) and Chrome with the same effect.
In the library, when I click "Add Media", the Add Media to the Library window opens as expected. Clicking on Add Image, Add Video, Add Flash work fine (i.e. clicking them opens a new window to upload files) but when clicking "Add Powerpoint", the Add Media to the Library window just disappears.

Worked fine on 1.0.4 but haven't tested in 1.0.5.

That is odd - I cant seem to recreate that. Are you using Apache or IIS?

Also is your Xibo server in Production or Test mode (see in settings).

Can you go through the "report fault" process from the management menu, there maybe something in the logs which indicates the problem.

summary: - Unable to add powerpoint to library on 1.1.0 server

Nothing jumps out at me looking at your troubleshoot log.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and then shift + reload on the browser? I know alot of the dialogues in 1.1.0 didn't work for me until I'd done that.

Assuming things quieten down here this afternoon I'm going to install a 1.1.0 box so I'll see if I can replicate it here.

I am having the Exact Same Issues as above, I have reset all Security settings in the Browser etc.

I have Wamp installed:
Apache: 2.2.11
PHP: 5.3.0
MySQL: 5.1.36

It is a Windows 2003 Box, and is on a Domain. Have Office 2003 SP3, and 2007 Compatibility Everything else goes to add, but Powerpoint fails and goes back to the main Library screen.

@Sulvor

You'll see this is marked Fixed Committed against 1.1.1. When 1.1.1 is released, you'll get the fix for this. Be aware 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 are both testing releases. You shouldn't be using them in production.

If you are running a production server, 1.0.6 is the latest stable release.
