Bug Description

PPA builds of the client packages are failing with

 make[3]: *** No rule to make target `ubuntuone-marshallers.list', needed by `ubuntuone-marshallers.c'. Stop.

This appears to be due to code associated with

 https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~rtgz/ubuntuone-client/add-marshallers

also fails 'make distcheck' in this case. 'make distcheck' just became a requirement for branch acceptance in client.

We can't require distcheck to be successful yet. It already fails for other reasons (the dependency on storageprotocol, and the way python works make it difficult to fix).
