Bug Description

If I unmount a USB device in Dolphin (kde, kubuntu karmic) there is no information when the device really can be unplugged.

In Xfce (xubuntu karmic) (maybe in Gnome, too) there is information when the user has to wait for cache being flushed and then a second information when the device can be unplugged.

The device notifier plasmoid now notifies the user that a device can be removed only after the cache is flushed, so I am considering this fixed now.
