Bug Description

On exactly 1838% zoom, some strokes may render incorrectly. I've only had it happen once and I have a file that demonstrates it.
Observe the bottom words. The silver one shows the wrong scale on the inner stroke and the red one does not show the stroke in the Os. Export is not affected.

Confirmed (partially) on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.47.
The inner stroke of the red text doesn't show at 460% (it may depend on the screen resolution). Nothing wrong with the silver text.

reproduced with Inkscape 0.47-1 on OS X 10.5.8 at different zoom factors:
- 517%: wrong outline of the clipped texts on top with light-red and
light-blue stroke color and stroke-width=0.5px: at this zoom level the
stroke-width is rendered with 2px
- 139%: inner outlines of the 'O's of the bottom text of "TEAM=PROTOMAN"
are missing (text: stroke color black, stroke-width=2px)

Note: I do not have the font 'Untitled1' installed on my system nor have
I an idea what it should look like. The default fallback font 'Bitstream
Vera Sans' is used instead. This might account for different zoom level
displaying the rendering glitches, indicates however that the bug is not
related to a certain font.

Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.48.1.
Not reproduced with revision 10441 (new Cairo renderer).
