[plugin notification icon] About dialog is not working

Bug Description

enable the notification plugin, right click on the icon and try to see the about dialog :

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/ploum/gtg.local/GTG/plugins/notification_area/notification_area.py", line 96, in about
    about.set_website(info.URL)
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'set_website'

Also, there are several related errors catched by make lint, like :

GTG/plugins/notification_area/notification_area.py:95: undefined name 'openurl'

I agree with the pyflakes error, but I can view the about dialog normally.
