Move xubuntu-docs translations from Ubuntu to xubuntu-docs project

I'm waiting for feedback from xubuntu-docs team.

Maybe we can meet on IRC and do those changes.

Yes, let's arrange an IRC meeting to discuss this. I'm currently on
holiday, but will return on Monday. My time zone is UTC -600. What days in

A summary of our latest discussion

 - Jim will use the latest ubuntu-docs for creating the new xubuntu-docs
 - the translation infrastructure should be in place
 - Jim will ping me / us when he has the new docs and we will look at enabling those translations in LP (in a different project / or in Ubuntu)

I am happy to hear that xubuntu-docs will be similar to ubuntu-docs as maybe we can get some support/knowledge from mdke :)
