[TOMBOY-Plugin] corruption if the plugin is deactivated with task opened

Bug Description
1) Open a task with a tomboy link in it
2) deactivate the tomboy plugin
bug 1 : the tomboy link stays in the textview, it should not be the case
3) close gtg
4) reopen gtg and the given task.
bug 2 : the content of the task is corrupted where the tomboy link should be.
I think that solving bug 1 will solve bug 2. I don't understand why the content of the task is not refreshed when plugin are deactivated because, on active, it works fine (see core/plugin/
