Bug Description

Rule ubuntu-environment in schooltool, schooltool.gradebook, etc. makefiles installs subversion. I think it's time to install bzr. Alternatively just remove subversion. It's not like people who got schooltool from other sources than bzr repo need bzr installed. At least I can't think of a reason now.
