Bug Description

Binary package hint: compizconfig-settings-manager

I do not want snapping windows when using Compiz. Each time I login not only do I have to restart Compiz manually as my decision to use normal effects is forgotten every time I logout, the fact that I don't want snapping windows is forgotten and I have to reset it every login.

I had been hoping this problem from Jaunty would be fixed in Karmic but after upgrading I still get the problem.

Is there any way of having Compiz remember settings across logins?
