$ sudo apt-get -f remove phpmyadmin

I have commented line 12 in /var/lib/dpkg/info/phpmyadmin.prerm with '#' and it was right now (I hope O:-)

db_get phpmyadmin/restart-webserver

was on the wrong place hold on let me patch it quickly

There we go,

phpmyadmin (4:2.6.4-pl4-3ubuntu1) dapper; urgency=low

* Changed debian/packages, closes the apt-get remove phpmyadmin bug
(Closes: #4811)

  * Also changed the depends for yada from >= 0.48 (Debian) to >= 0.35
   (Unbuntu) This plus the versioning of the package gives me the
   feeling it comes straight from debian.
