Ubiquity crashes during dapper install

Bug Description

The only thing I did that might be out of the ordinary was manually partition, other than that I just clicked next. Here is the output from the crash:

Thanks for your report. You must reformat the / filesystem; this is also bug 47046. See http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DapperUpgrades if you're upgrading an existing installation.
