debconf configuration seems to be different with different install cds

Bug Description
Binary package hint: debconf
This doesn't sound like a problem, but here's some steps:
1) Install from dapper live CD with graphical installer.
2) After complete installation, try to install sun-java5
3) cannot view license, so cannot install sun-java5 (sometimes synaptic works to install this, but not always)
If you install from the Dapper "Alternate" CD (Text-based install), there's no problem. It seems like the debconf configuration is different based on which installer you use.

Thanks for your report. This is also bug 47231; I've confirmed that it's fixed on today's desktop CD build.
