Crash after comitting a delete of several partitions

Bug Description

I went from partition/drive selection to "custom partitioning" and deleted all the partitions on /dev/hdc. After this, I committed and was left with this backtrace:

ubiquity (1.0.6) dapper; urgency=low

  * Don't crash when partitions are deleted in the manual partitioner
    (closes: Malone #46395).
