Compiz bug: Huge delay before returning to normal view when using flip switch (Alt-tab)

Bug Description

When pressing Alt-tab, the Extra-level effects kick in the flip switch overlay. The delay before zooming the window focused back in is huge, it just stays there for a long time.

Is this a compiz problem?
