Can't we change that to wget (to avoid more dependencies, although
it's not a big deal)?

I investigated this issue on Ubuntu 11.04 (natty):
pull-debian-debdiff depends on dget which is in the devscripts package, dget needs either curl or wget. ubuntu-dev-tools depends on devscripts and devscripts recommends "curl | wget". Therefore all dependencies are correct and I mark this bug as invalid.
