Dollar Sign not display

Bug Description

I write a page with special character and it's not display when i view the page.

For example:
in the Page, i type dollar$sign. when i view it, it shows dollar only, the $sign is missing.

I try to use the pluck demo.

I use Opera 10 and IE 7.
I just try to modify the demo welcome page again.
This time i type "Testing dollar$sign" but it shows "Testing dollar" only. The $sign is missing
Then i type "Testing dollar$123" and it shows "Testing dollar$123".

I can confirm it in 4.6.3, but not in the current version of 4.7. So I guess it has been fixed, maybe because of a newer version of TinyMCE.
