[FFe] Please sync qbittorrent 1.5.1-1 from debian unstable

Upstream (as well as the Debian maintainer) has contacted me about making sure that this new release makes it into Karmic. It pulls in a number of bug fixes, also some new features. As upstream doesn't usually maintain old branches, the 1.4.x series will probably not see any further updates. Getting this release into Karmic will ensure that we are able to pull any potential SRU worthy bugfixes into Karmic more easily.

could you please sync qbittorrent 1.5.1-1 (not the 1.5.0 release, which
contains a probably RC bug) from debian unstable?
